A-Grade Virtual Assistant - While I don't like "grading" anybody, there's no question that when you have the ability to find VAs all over the world, there are certainly some that are far better than others. We have used many VAs over the last ten years, and Alison is definitely top-tier. We needed someone to fulfill a position that involved out of the box thinking, the ability to learn on the go, and great negotiation skills. Trust me when I say we found these attributes difficult to find in a VA! Five minutes on the phone with Alison though, and I knew she had something that the other interviewees didn't, and she has proved this again and again over the last year.
